What is the return policy?
All sales are final order, however if your item is delivered damaged, please reach out to me via email alicexie308@gmail.com with a photo of the item within 2 weeks of delivery.
Are your ceramics food safe?
All my ceramics are food safe unless otherwise stated in the description.
How do I best care for my pieces?
For the longevity of your ceramic pieces, even though they are dishwasher safe, I will always recommend handwashing if possible. Please also avoid any sudden temperature changes which can sometimes cause cracking in the pieces.
How long does shipping take?
All orders are shipped out via USPS ground advantage within 1-5 business days! You will receive an email with your tracking number and estimated time of delivery.
Preorders are made to order pieces that will ship out via USPS once completed. Each preorder listing will state the estimated time it takes to create and be ready to ship.
How does in person pickup work?
In person pickup will be in Long Island City, Queens. After placing your order reach out to either @rice.studio.ceramics on Instagram with you order # or alicexie308@gmail.com to arrange a time to pick up your piece.
